Year 11 Science
The majority of students will be following the Double Award route at this point. That means that they will sit the second Units of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Some will be following the Separate Science route. These will most likely sit Unit 2 of each of the sciences and a third unit in each of the sciences.
This workshop will run 9am - 4pm with 3, 2hour sessions and 2 breaks. That's 2 hours biology, 2 hours chemistry and 2 hours physics. Each session will be catered to the needs of the students in it. That could be Separate science students aiming to secure the A*'s needed to access popular courses like medicine. Equally, it could be a double award students looking to secure an apprenticeship or access a college course by achieving a higher grade pass.
